Here at Midas Heavy Duty, we provide friendly customer service in our Cary, North Carolina shop. A good relationship with your repair shop can relieve a lot of trouble and stress -- for you and your car.

We do what's necessary to get you and your car up and running as quickly as possible. However, cars are complicated. It just isn't possible to give an estimate over the phone, and you should probably be wary of anyone who says they will. We only provide estimates after our technicians carefully examine your vehicle.

Once you bring your car in, all of our repair and service is done on the premises by our certified technicians. We never outsource. We are ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified. The ASE began in the the early 1970's because consumers had no way to distinguish between incompetent and competent mechanics. The independent, non-profit ASE works to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through the testing and certification of repair and service professionals.
